Fixed scope, usually 4 to 10 weeks.
Scope comes straight from the ranked plan, priced before anything starts. It's built inside the tools you already pay for and tested with your team, not around them, before it goes live.

Run
Monthly.
We keep the automations running, watch for what breaks or drifts, and add the next fix most months. You get a plain report of what changed, and your team keeps every judgment call.

Questions about how we work.
Can we just buy the review?
Yes. The review stands on its own and hands you a ranked plan whether or not you build anything with us after.
Do we have to sign up for monthly Run?
No. You can stop after the review or after the build. Everything we build is documented and yours to keep either way.
Are you a digital transformation consultant?
Not in the sense of a deck and a recommendation. We're a digital operations studio: the same people who write the plan build it and stay to run it.
How is the build priced?
Fixed scope, taken straight from the review's ranked plan. You get the price before any work starts.
What if something breaks after the build?
If you're on monthly Run, we catch and fix it as part of that. If not, it's documented well enough for your team or the next person to fix it.
