Cold outbound that reaches the right businesses and stays out of spam.

Cold outbound means emailing businesses that don't know you yet, to start a sales conversation. It works when the list is clean, your email address stays safe, and a real person wrote the message. We build the list, check every contact, send on schedule, and a person answers every reply.

A bad list burns your email address. A careful one earns replies.

Outbound lead generation usually fails in one of three ways. The list is full of dead addresses. The sending gets flagged as spam, and then even your normal email lands in junk. Or the message reads like a template, and nobody answers.

So we do the careful work before anything sends. Every contact is checked. Sending happens from separate domains (web addresses that look like yours), so your main address stays safe. A person writes every message. Software only handles the timing.

From a list to a booked meeting.

What software does, and what a person does, in one outbound campaign.

Machines run it People keep it
  1. Machines run it: List built

Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator find businesses that match who you sell to.

  2. Machines run it: Contacts checked

Each email is tested, and each person is confirmed to still work there.

  3. People keep it: Best fits picked

A person removes poor matches and chooses who goes first.

  4. People keep it: Message written

A person writes it, using something true about that business.

  5. Machines run it: Emails sent on schedule

Instantly sends them spaced out, and stops when someone replies.

  6. People keep it: Replies read and answered

A person reads every reply and writes back.

  7. Machines run it: Results tracked

HubSpot logs every send, reply and booked call.

What this isn't.

Plain answers to common worries.

A bought list, blasted out
We don't buy lists or send to scraped ones. Each business is on the list because it fits who you sell to.
Fake personal touches
No made-up compliments or "I saw your post" lines that aren't true. If there's nothing real to say, the message says less.
A way around the rules
Every message has a way to opt out, and opt-outs are honored. We follow CAN-SPAM, the US law on commercial email.

Questions about cold outbound.

What is cold outbound?

Cold outbound is contacting businesses that haven't heard of you, most often by email, to start a sales conversation.

Is cold email outreach legal?

In the US it can be, when it follows the rules: honest sender details, no misleading subject lines, and a clear way to opt out that is honored. We build every campaign that way. Your own lawyer can confirm what applies to you.

Why send from separate domains?

Sending many cold emails can get an address flagged as spam. If that happens to your main address, your customers' email starts landing in junk too. Separate domains take that risk instead.

Does AI write the emails?

A person writes every message, sometimes starting from an AI draft, and reads every reply. Software builds the list, checks contacts and handles timing. Contact details are saved in your HubSpot.

Does B2B lead generation for small business work?

It can, if you sell to other businesses and a few new customers a month would pay for it. We say so in the review if your offer isn't a fit. We don't promise a number of calls.

Start with a two-week review.
