Being local means we can meet. It's not why the work gets done well.
We're based in Northeast Ohio, not commuting in from somewhere else. That means we already know the tools a trades company or a clinic around here tends to run, and we can be in the room for a working session if that helps.
Most of the work looks the same wherever the client is: inside a CRM, an inbox, accounting software, over a screen share. Being nearby changes how easy it is to meet. It doesn't change how the work gets built.
