What counts as a good score?
Above 70 means most of what you do repeatedly already runs itself and someone checks the exceptions. Below 40 usually means the busywork is still running on people. Neither is a verdict on the business, only on the systems under it.
Is this an AI readiness assessment?
Partly. Question nine looks at whether your team has a written AI use policy, which is the first thing an honest AI readiness assessment checks. The rest covers the operations and marketing an AI tool would plug into.
